VIP Appointment Policy Same-day appointments, next-day appointments, and all appointments scheduled after 4:00 PM are considered VIP appointments and require a $100 VIP Fee. Appointments requested outside of normal salon operating hours will also be classified as VIP appointments and will automatically incur the VIP Fee at the time of booking. All Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Holiday appointments are designated VIP Days and are subject to the $100 VIP Fee. By scheduling an appointment during VIP hours or on a VIP Day, you acknowledge and agree to the additional fee, which will be automatically added to your service total. Salon Policy Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy At House of Bundles Beauty Bar, we value your time and strive to provide each client with dedicated, uninterrupted service. To ensure we can accommodate all guests effectively, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy below. Cancellation ● We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. ● Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee. No-Show ● Appointments missed without prior notice may incur a fee. ● Any applicable fees must be settled before scheduling future appointments. Late Arrival ● Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment. ● In some cases, a fee may apply. Emergencies We understand that unexpected situations can arise.
